I've Got a Tiger by the Tail

I don't actually have a tiger by the tail but I did get to touch a white tiger. The group Great Cat Adventures, a tiger rescue organization, was at the Tulsa fair yesterday. For a nominal fee, proceeds of which go for care of the animals, you can get your picture taken with a tiger.



After visiting with Norma Jean, the 12-week old white tiger, we went to see a concert. Not just any concert, Rick Springfield was playing the fair. I had brought my camera for just that occasion. The concert was a blast, as usual. This was the third of his concerts my wife and I have been to in the past 5 or 6 years.
