Wellness tip: Decaf coffee
Did you know that decaf coffee stimulates the flow of stomach acids almost as much as regular coffee? It's more than just the caffeine. While okay for most people, those who experience heartburn or other upper digestive tract disorders should avoid both regular and decaffeinated coffee.

Given my history of tummy trouble and that I felt it was all digestive anyway, this is probably what sent me, or significantly contributed to my trip, to the hospital about a month ago. The sad part is that I like coffee. I guess I'll just have to severly limit my intake (as if it were significant at the moment anyway) and decide whether or not to drink any coffee based on my digestive state at the time.
