I bought an open box floor cleaner last night without a manual. I went to the mfgr. web site and, even though they have a link to a PDF of the manual... THE LINK DOESN'T WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
