A NYC retired police officer, using a fake ID claiming he was born in Tijuana, BC, and listing his address as "123 Fraud Blvd." in "Staton Island, NY" was permitted to enter the Department of Homeland Security to meet DSH officials. Federal law specifically says Mexican-issued IDs are not acceptable, let alone one with all sorts of obvious errors. Sigh!
